In order to address the various issues faced by Start-Ups / Innovators, Start-Up Tripura, Directorate of Information Technology (DIT), Govt. of Tripura has introduced an online mechanism to submit grievances from the respective stakeholders.

The public is given a provision to choose on the topic of Grievance which has been classified based on various schemes. The grievance raised will be replied/ satisfactorily sorted out within 21 days from the date of Grievance raised.

DIT will be happy to address your Grievances based on the following types: 
1. Incubation support
2. Funding support
3. Public Procurement grievances
4. Invite regulatory issues faced by Start-Ups
5. Any other query or grievance

Upon submission of a Grievance, the compliant will received a tracking number in the email given and the Tracking Number can be used to track the Status of the Grievance.
